The best way to reach the national park is from the road between Fredrika and Åsele. A side road south leads down towards Fjälltuna and then towards the Flärkån river.
The last section crosses Flärkån and leads to Angsjön lake at the national park’s eastern boundary.
The forest road from Flärkån up to the park entrance is not ploughed regularly but just now and then during the winter. From the car and bus parking area by Angsjön, you can easily get to the park entrance, with its information sign, privy and BBQ cabin. Inside the park a well-maintained hiking trail then goes up to the top of Björnberget.
